Please read all instructions carefully and complete all required items before submitting your application to LICHSON.   The deadlines for submission of application materials for the 2009 LICHSON Freshman Class is March 13, 2009 for regular submission and April 3, 2009 for late submission.*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

Effective 1/6/09, you will also need to take the Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS®).  The score you achieve on the TEAS® will be one element used to evaluate you in the LICHSON admission process.
